Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer emails in Dutch, ensuring accurate and detailed information about products and services. Assist clients with questions regarding orders, accounts, and general support inquiries. Troubleshoot problems and provide effective solutions or escalate issues as necessary. Document all interactions with customers in the CRM system for effective follow-up and tracking. Collaborate with team members to maintain high levels of service quality. Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to management for continuous improvement of processes. Keep informed about product updates and company policies to provide informed assistance to clients.
