Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, empathetic customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat, ensuring every interaction reflects the highest standards of the customer support services industry. Accurately identify, investigate, and resolve customer enquiries, complaints, and technical issues in a timely and professional manner. Maintain thorough and up-to-date records of all customer interactions using the company's CRM and ticketing systems, ensuring full compliance with data management protocols. Collaborate closely with internal teams including technical support, billing, and logistics to facilitate swift and effective resolutions for complex customer cases. Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction by escalating recurring issues and suggesting process enhancements to team leaders. Meet and consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction scores (CSAT), first-contact resolution rates, and average handling time. Participate actively in ongoing training sessions and team briefings to stay current with product knowledge, service updates, and best practices in customer support services. Serve as a knowledgeable and professional brand ambassador, fostering trust, loyalty, and positive long-term relationships with Dutch-speaking customers. Requirements Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential for this role — all Dutch-speaking customer interactions will be conducted exclusively in Dutch. Valid EU passport or national identity card (mandatory requirement for employment within Greece). A solid working knowledge of English to facilitate internal team communications and training in a multilingual customer support services environment. Previous experience in customer support services, customer care, helpdesk, or a related client-facing role is highly advantageous. Strong communication and active listening skills, with the ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure. Comfortable working with digital tools including CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software; ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and workflows.
