What You'll Do Every Day Be the Guide: Connect with Dutch-speaking consumers via inbound phone calls, emails, and live chats to assist with product inquiries, order updates, and basic setup questions. Problem Solve: Help users with fun scenarios like printer setup, installation, finding the perfect camera, or troubleshooting error codes. Go Multilingual (With a Twist): Focus on your native Dutch language, while occasionally utilizing clever translation tools to assist customers across written channels. Get Hands-On: Learn the ins and outs of both Customer Care and Technical Support, keeping your daily workflow fresh and interesting.
