Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring they receive exceptional support via phone, email, and chat. Quickly respond to customer inquiries and provide them with accurate information and solutions regarding our products and services. Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and help them achieve their desired outcomes. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to enhance their overall experience with our company. Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system to support improvements and follow-ups. Collaborate with internal teams to identify upselling opportunities and enhance customer engagement strategies. Keep updated on product enhancements and industry trends to offer knowledgeable guidance to clients. Requirements Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal. Experience in customer service or customer success roles is preferred. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to customer issues. Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail. Experience with CRM software and common office applications. A positive attitude and a dedication to ensuring customer success.
