Role Overview This position reports directly to the Senior Due Diligence Specialist and operates within a compact team alongside the Product Specialist and Client Success Specialist. Day-to-day work centers on evaluating charity applications for completeness and regulatory compliance, conducting initial and renewal due diligence, and delivering prompt, clear communication to both donors and charity clients. The role ensures that all funds meet internal and international standards while maintaining accurate records and supporting the broader team through cross-training efforts. Key Responsibilities • Review charity applications for initial setup and periodic renewal, verifying alignment with international compliance rules and internal policies. • Assess application completeness, flagging missing documentation or inconsistencies, and follow up with applicants as needed. • Communicate effectively with donor and charity clients, answering questions and providing updates to ensure a smooth client experience. • Maintain organized and up-to-date records in CRM systems, tracking applications, renewals, and compliance milestones. • Participate in cross-training activities within the Giver Services team to build redundancy and deepen team expertise. • Identify areas for process improvement in due diligence workflows and suggest practical adjustments. • Coordinate with the Product Specialist and Client Success Specialist to align on customer needs and service standards. Requirements & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience. • Self-identified spiritually mature Christian who sees this as a vocation or calling. • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and comfort working within virtual, geographically dispersed teams. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously. • Analytical mindset capable of evaluating documentation for completeness and regulatory alignment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially when interacting with donors from diverse cultural backgrounds. • Cultural competency and sensitivity to tailor communication and service approaches for a global audience. • Prior professional experience in a similar role—especially within charity compliance or due diligence—is highly valued.
