Influencer Marketing Manager - Elavate About The Role As an Influencer Marketing Manager at Elavate, you'll play a critical role in leveraging paid influencers to drive customer acquisition, enhance brand awareness, and scale whitelisting efforts for our rapidly growing collagen brand. You'll work cross-functionally with our paid media, creative strategy, and growth teams to optimize performance and drive measurable results. This role reports to the founder. This role is part of our dynamic growth team! We have a high-trust, high-performance work environment where you'll have the autonomy to build and scale our influencer marketing efforts from the ground up. In this role, you will: Paid Influencer Management
Lead end-to-end paid influencer campaigns focused on our target demographic (women 35+)
Expand monthly creator partnerships, particularly on Instagram
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and negotiate contracts with timely execution
Whitelisting & Content Optimization
Scale whitelisting efforts for Elavate and establish comprehensive UGC programs
Collaborate with our Creative Strategy team to identify high-performing content for Meta advertising opportunities
Manage permissions and optimize influencer-generated content for paid social campaigns
Collect and organize hundreds of pieces of reusable ad content monthly
Strategic Analysis & Reporting
Develop reporting frameworks and analyze campaign ROI to identify optimization opportunities
Set KPIs, create performance reports, and adjust strategies based on CPA and volume insights
Support content angle testing for specialized campaigns targeting different niche audiences
We're looking for someone who:
Has 2 + years of influencer marketing experience at an agency or wellness/health/supplement DTC brand with proven Instagram campaign success
Brings hands-on whitelisting and paid content management experience with performance marketing integration
Shows track record managing multiple simultaneous campaigns with strong reporting and analytics skills focused on ROI
Has experience with contract negotiations, campaign development, and established creator relationships in the wellness space
Demonstrates health/supplement campaign experience (preferred but not required)
Understanding of our target audience - Women 40+
