Salary: £50,000 to £70,000 Base + Personal Performance Bonus (Up to 50%) Role: Full management of our organic social media content strategy, with an aim of maximising existing customer retention and acquiring/converting new customers. Core Job Responsibilities Develop and execute an organic social media strategy across primarily Instagram (Potentially Tiktok) that simultaneously drives customer retention through educational content and attracts new customers through viral/shareable content Own the end-to-end content creation process, from strategy and ideation to production and analytics, with the clear goal of driving measurable business results in both retention and acquisition. You’ll be given the budget to hire a team or relevant creators to actually film the content/be on camera. T his role doesn’t require you to be on camera - it is more so a strategy focused position. Build and nurture an engaged community around Elavate through daily interaction, smart IG comments, and creating content that resonates deeply with our target audience's wellness journey. Our audience is primarily 40+ females. Fully responsible for the planning of content within our private FB Group/Community that helps maximize customer retention. Create and manage a content calendar that balances educational content (benefits of collagen, success stories, how-to guides) with engaging, shareable content that helps acquire new customers at the top of the funnel. Work cross-functionally with paid media team to ensure organic content strategy complements our paid advertising efforts and helps reduce overall customer acquisition costs. Additional Functions Develop and manage relationships with content creators, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality content within budget Track and analyze content performance metrics, focusing on engagement, retention impact, and organic acquisition Build and manage a small but efficient content team as we scale Create a robust UGC strategy to leverage customer success stories and testimonials Success Metrics You’ll fully responsible for the Organic content side of the business, which directly impacts paid media and retention efforts.
