Role OverviewThe Drop-In Onsite Support Engineer is an on-site representative at customer locations, working closely with the customer's IT team to provide second-line support. The role involves installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software, as well as providing hands-on support for customer and OEM subject matter experts.What You Will DoThe main day-to-day responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting Windows, Mac, and other authorized desktop software and applications, as well as performing general preventative maintenance tasks on devices and software.Why It Might Be a FitTo be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent customer-facing skills, be able to communicate clearly and effectively with customer teams, and have a logical and analytical approach to work.
