What You'll Do What We're Looking For Perform residential drain cleaning, high-pressure water jetting, and mechanical descaling. Conduct sewer camera inspections to accurately diagnose drain and sewer issues. Educate homeowners on repair options and preventative maintenance. Identify opportunities for drain restoration and rehabilitation services. Partner with the sales team on larger drain and sewer rehabilitation projects. Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked company vehicle. Deliver outstanding customer service on every call. 3+ years of residential drain cleaning and sewer experience. Experience operating jetting equipment, descaling tools, and sewer inspection cameras. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work independently while maintaining quality workmanship. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
