Delaware Nation Industries (DNI) is a prime contractor providing manpower and support to multiple Program Offices within a Federal Agency.  Our team provides a wide range of skills to support various functions including administrative, computer, data analysis, program analysis, construction services, and senior level advisory services.  We are currently interviewing for a Program Lead to assist managing customer interactions and contract staff on a program and provide hands-on supervision on a small- to mid-sized contract. The Program Lead is responsible for overall management of personnel and performance/compliance for contracts and task orders as assigned. The position will provide proactive management of assigned programs, contract financials, and deliverables as well as interface with contracting officer representatives (CORs), Government program managers, DNI personnel and DNI functional departments (HR, Contracts, Recruiting).  Maintaining an excellent reputation with both employees and government customers alike is an integral function of this role along with ensuring compliance with DNI corporate vision and mission.  This is an unpaid internship through DNI, conducted in partnership with the DoW Skillbridge Program. You will continue to receive compensation and benefits through your military service branch during this period. As such, you are not eligible for DNI employee benefits during the Skillbridge period.
