Domestic Gas Engineer – Oxford/Berkshire – 45K Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 Location: Oxfordshire, M40 & M4 Corridor Travel: Mostly along the M40 corridor, Oxford, Berkshire, M4 corridor, occasional London project work. The Company A well-established building services company based in Oxfordshire, operating successfully for over 30 years are on the lookout for a Domestic Gas Engineer for a growing division. The business works predominantly within: Residential block management High-end residential properties A small but growing commercial portfolio They have a strong installation team and are now bringing maintenance works in-house as part of a planned growth strategy. The Role This is a varied and hands-on position suited to a Domestic Gas Engineer who enjoys a mix of installation and maintenance work. Projects range from high-end domestic properties to new-build developments and some commercial environments. Typical work will include: Domestic gas installations on new-build sites Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) Boiler servicing and fault finding CP12s / gas safety inspections General plumbing works Small works ranging from tap repairs to installing high-spec (up to £8k) shower valves in luxury homes What They’re Looking For Qualified Domestic Gas Engineer Comfortable working across installs and maintenance Experience within high-end domestic or residential environments preferred Good customer-facing skills Happy working across the M40 / Oxford / Berkshire region Package & Benefits £40,000 – £45,000 (depending on experience) 40 hour working week Company van & fuel card Overtime available No travel time paid deductions No call-out rota (WhatsApp message system instead) Standard pension 28 days holiday Clear progression opportunities as the division grows This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable, growing business and develop into a more senior or supervisory role over time.
