Shift/Schedule: Mon - Fri | 1st Shift | 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Pay: Base = $25/hour (+ based on experience)

What You’ll Do
• Collect and organize supplier documents such as specifications, allergen statements, Letters of Guarantee, COAs, and packaging compliance forms
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy using established checklists and SOPs
• Maintain clean, organized files across SharePoint, TraceGains, and internal systems
• Monitor incoming documentation and route items through FSQ workflows
• Track outstanding requests and follow up with suppliers when information is missing
• Support routine documentation tasks for new materials, changes, and supplier onboarding
• Apply basic regulatory requirements (FDA, USDA, TTB) to documentation checks
• Assist with annual supplier reviews and audit preparation by ensuring files are up-to-date
• Maintain version control and ensure documents match current standards
• Work with Procurement, Operations, R&D, and FSQ teams to ensure documentation is available when needed
• Communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers regarding requirements and corrections
• Enter and validate metadata in documentation systems
• Help troubleshoot simple file issues (permissions, naming, formatting)
• Support consistency and organization across shared FSQ folders
Requirements
What You’ll Need
• High school diploma required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field (FSQ, science, supply chain, business) preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with documents and data
• Good communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and suppliers
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with SharePoint or documentation systems is a plus but training will be provided
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple small tasks throughout the day
