Job Title: Divisional Onboarding Specialist Location: Remote/Some Travel to ESL Communities Reports to: Vice President of Operational Talent Development Position Overview The Divisional Onboarding Specialist will oversee and drive the onboarding process for new employees at Experience Senior Living (ESL). This role ensures a consistently high-quality and brand-aligned onboarding experience, fostering employee engagement and embedding a culture of learning and hospitality from day one. Working collaboratively with divisional leadership, hiring managers, and community teams, this position ensures each new hire is seamlessly integrated and positioned for success within their respective brand environment. Key Responsibilities Onboarding Coordination & Facilitation Lead, coordinate, and deliver onboarding programs tailored to roles across multiple senior living communities. Ensure a seamless and engaging onboarding journey beginning immediately after job offer acceptance. Schedule and facilitate orientation sessions, departmental introductions, and community walkthroughs in alignment with each brand’s identity. Customize onboarding content to reflect brand-specific standards, values, and expectations. Collaboration with HR & Divisional Leadership Serve as a liaison between the People and Operations teams and within brands. Develop brand-aligned onboarding plans in coordination with divisional leadership, ensuring consistency while adapting to community-specific needs. Maintain compliance with regulatory and legal documentation and training standards for new hires. Ensure the timely creation and maintenance of new hire employee files. Employee Engagement & Brand Integration Act as a dedicated point of contact for new hires, offering consistent support and communication during the onboarding phase. Foster strong early engagement and brand connection for hires by embedding company mission, values, and service philosophy into the onboarding experience. Monitor integration success and provide tailored support to new employees and their managers. Training & Development Support Collaborate with the People and Operations teams to enhance and facilitate weekly divisional new hire orientation sessions. Coordinate with learning and development to ensure timely completion of required training modules specific to each brand. Conduct follow-up touchpoints with new hires to gather feedback and measure onboarding effectiveness across communities. Process Improvement & Reporting Continuously assess and improve onboarding effectiveness by collecting feedback from stakeholders and analyzing onboarding metrics specific to the brands. Maintain accurate tracking and documentation of onboarding completion, training outcomes, and early engagement trends. Deliver divisional reports on new hire integration, retention, and onboarding satisfaction to HR and brand leadership. Culture Champion & Brand Ambassador Embody and promote the unique values and culture of brands during all onboarding interactions. Support the creation of welcoming, inclusive environments that contribute to brand reputation and employee retention. Ensure new hires understand and embrace the brand identity and community expectations aligned with ESL’s overarching mission. Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of onboarding or HR experience, ideally in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality. Proven success in managing multi-site or divisional onboarding programs. Strong communication, relationship-building, and project management skills. Proficiency with HRIS platforms, onboarding systems, and Microsoft Office. Familiarity with regulatory and operational considerations in senior living is a plus. Key Competencies Bran
