Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability in all stores within the assigned area. • Monitor store performance and conduct regular store visits to ensure that all stores are meeting or exceeding sales and profit targets. • Ensure that all stores are operating within company policies and procedures and are in compliance with local laws and regulations. • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure that stores have sufficient stock levels to meet customer demand. • Hire, train, and manage the performance of store managers and staff within the assigned area. • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to store managers and staff to improve performance and address any issues. • Identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the assigned area and work with senior management to develop and implement plans to capitalize on these opportunities. • Ensure that all stores maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer issues in a timely and professional manner. • Collaborate with other departments within the company, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure that all stores are aligned with company goals and objectives. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. • Minimum 5 years’ retail management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. • Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability. • Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
