Division Chief, Obstetrics and Gynecology Greenville, North Carolina We are seeking an experienced Division Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology to provide strategic, clinical, and administrative leadership for a well-established OB/GYN division in Greenville, North Carolina . This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape the direction of women’s health services while maintaining an active clinical practice. The Division Chief will oversee clinical operations, quality initiatives, and physician leadership while collaborating closely with hospital administration and multidisciplinary teams to advance patient care, education, and service growth. Responsibilities Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the Obstetrics and Gynecology division Oversee quality, safety, and patient care standards Lead physician recruitment, mentoring, and performance development Collaborate with hospital leadership on strategic planning and program growth Support education, teaching, and academic initiatives as applicable Maintain an active clinical practice in Obstetrics and Gynecology Promote a culture of collaboration, excellence, and patient-centered care Requirements Qualifications MD or DO Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology Eligible for North Carolina medical licensure Demonstrated leadership experience in an OB/GYN setting Strong clinical expertise and communication skills This opportunity offers a leadership-focused role in a growing community with the ability to influence the future of women’s health services while working within a collaborative healthcare environment.
