Distributor Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Job Details | Hyundai Motor Europe GmbH Distributor Operations Specialist (m/w/d) Job Description Role Summary: As the Distributor Operations Specialist (m/w/d) , you analyze sales and market data to support the Distributor team and executives in shaping effective business strategies. You assess market and customer information to strengthen the company’s competitive position, help maintain market share, and identify opportunities that enable timely and informed business decisions. We want you to: • Monitor and analyze distributor market structures and commercial performance, identifying trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities. • Observe and assess macroeconomic conditions and industry dynamics to support the development of data-driven action plans. • Design, develop, and maintain advanced dashboards and monitoring tools to accurately track distributors performance across European markets, serving as a foundation for strategic analyses. • Track vehicle inflows and outflows in each market to identify potential risks and opportunities related to target achievement and overperformance. • Prepare structured analytical reports to be used as discussion material and decision support for Distributor Country Managers during market review meetings. • Review, validate, and synthesize data from internal stakeholders (Pricing, Product Management, Supply Chain, etc.) as well as external sources, ensuring analytical consistency and reliability. • Conduct recurring and ad-hoc market environment studies, contributing to the definition and execution of effective and sustainable business strategies. • Oversee production, orders, shipments, sales, inventory levels, and CO₂ target achievement on a daily basis, providing an integrated view of overall business performance. • Provide strong operational support through a proactive approach, including direct ownership of operational activities in support of sales and market functions.
