Your Role We are looking for an experienced Disputes Team Lead to manage and optimize our dispute and chargeback operations across multiple payment platforms. You will lead a high-performing team, analyze trends, implement efficient workflows, and ensure operational excellence. You will play a critical role in reducing financial loss, maintaining healthy payment operations, and proactively identifying trends in disputes and chargebacks. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy solving complex challenges , mentoring team members, and creating processes that reduce financial risk while supporting business growth. Who We’re Looking For Strong analytical skills with the ability to work confidently with numbers, metrics, and financial data. Proven experience in dispute management, chargebacks, payment operations, or related risk functions. Ability to monitor dispute escalations, root causes, and recurring patterns to implement corrective action plans. Experience building or optimizing SOPs, workflows, and operational processes. Deep understanding of dispute and chargeback rules, timelines, and evidentiary standards. Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing operations team. Experience managing high-volume dispute environments is preferred. Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Couple of the notes about the role T
