Your core tasks include: • Advising our customers • Cost calculation, overall processing and administration • Ensuring optimal fleet capacity utilization • Communication with customers and partners Required Skills Required Skills To work as a dispatcher/transport manager, you should have the following transport documents: • Completed training as a transport manager or comparable qualification • Very good knowledge of english & german, other languages (especially slavic languages) are nice to have • Professional experience in fleet management • Knowledge of MS Office applications • Experience in using a transport management system • Good knowledge of transport law (HGB, CMR) • Confident handling of numbers • Negotiation skills and ability to find solutions • A friendly smile even in the most stressful situations 5 good reasons to take the road with us 01 The table soccer games in our office are legendary.
