Requirements Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field. Excellent communication and active listening skills. Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace. Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision. Good command of written and spoken English.
