Key Responsibilities Capacity Planning & Optimization: Manage daily dispatch for inbound/outbound warehouse vehicles. Coordinate resources between internal fleets and Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers to maximize vehicle load factors and turnover efficiency. SLA & Timeline Management: Monitor key milestones for line-haul transportation and last-mile delivery. Develop contingency plans for peak seasons or promotions to ensure Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance. Exception Handling: Respond rapidly to unexpected transit issues (e.g., vehicle breakdowns, traffic congestion, cargo damage). Coordinate internal and external resources to resolve issues and minimize business impact. Cost Control: Audit transportation invoices. Analyze data on fuel consumption, tolls, and outsourcing fees. Reduce average logistics costs per order through route optimization and vendor negotiations. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all transport vehicles and drivers comply with local traffic regulations and safety standards. Conduct regular driver safety training and performance evaluations. Qualifications Experience: 3–5 years of experience in logistics dispatch or fleet management. Candidates with backgrounds in cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouses or major express/courier companies are preferred. Local Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of Philippines road networks, traffic patterns, and restriction policies in the work area . Strong route planning capabilities are essential. Language Proficiency: Fluent in English; Mandarin is a plus. Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel for data analysis; familiar with WMS/TMS systems. Must hold a valid local driver’s license. Soft Skills: Strong stress tolerance and decision-making abilities in emergency situations. Adaptable to shift work or flexible hours to support peak season operations.
