The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring the seamless coordination of daily transportation and logistics activities from within the client’s automotive manufacturing plant. This role requires close collaboration with plant personnel, drivers, and internal logistics teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries, issue resolution, and adherence to client requirements. Conversational english level preferably Shift: 03:00 pm to 11:00 pm Monday to Friday (Saturdays 2 per month based on client's production) Responsibilities: Serve as the logistics liaison between the client’s plant and internal operations teams. Monitor incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials and finished goods. Coordinate directly with drivers, warehouse staff, and dispatch teams to resolve any real-time issues affecting transportation flow. Track and update shipment status, managing exceptions and proactively communicating delays or discrepancies. Support the execution of logistics processes, including documentation, load planning, and customer-specific instructions. Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities, non-conformities, and carrier performance. Ensure full compliance with client protocols, plant safety rules, and transportation regulations. Identify process improvements within plant logistics operations and communicate them to leadership.
