About the Role We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dishwasher. This role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen, ensuring that our culinary team has the resources they need to deliver top-quality dishes. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, reliable, and possess a strong commitment to hygienic practices. As a Dishwasher, you will also have the opportunity to learn and grow within the kitchen department, gaining valuable experience in a busy and dynamic culinary environment. You will also be able to pick up extra shifts in other departments, such as Housekeeping, Experiences and Restaurant. Key Responsibilities Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the kitchen area Washing dishes, utensils, and cookware promptly and efficiently Ensuring the dishwashing area is clean and meets hygiene standards Assisting with the receiving and storage of kitchen supplies Collaborating with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow Adhering to safety and health guidelines Assisting in other departments if needed Requirements Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not essential Understanding of hygiene and safety regulations Ability to work effectively as part of a team Fluent written and spoken English Strong work ethic and reliability Fast pace Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Beneficial Qualifications Basic food preparation skills Previous experience in kitchen / restaurant Experience working in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive salary Opportunities for professional development and training A positive and supportive working environment Discounts across our properties and facilities Pay, duration, and benefits Starts : November, Ends : March/April Minimum 90 working hours per 3 weeks period Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for €300,00/month How to Apply Before applying, please ensure you have the right to work in Finland.
