We are especially looking for candidates with daytime availability and residential home cleaning experience. AGGRESSIVE PAY SCALE BASED ON EXPERIENCE - Short-term wage increases available SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS • Candidates should have a positive attitude and be seeking stable, long-term employment • Friendly demeanor and driven to deliver exceptional customer service. • Must work well individually or as a team of 2 or more, with limited supervision needed • Must have own vehicle in order to transport yourself and supplies between sites • Must have a smartphone to be able to use an application for scheduling and your time sheet. • Must be able to pass a multiple state criminal background check and be able to be bonded and insured by the company RESPONSIBILITIES • Clean designated residential or commercial areas (typical duties include dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom & kitchen cleaning, baseboards, appliance and window cleaning) • Arrive to work location on time, perform services are requested and ensure the residence or property is locked/secured when you leave. • Attention to detail, ability to identify areas that need to be cleaned • Ability to interact positively with clients and their family while onsite
