About the Role We’re hiring a Director, Supply Chain Technology to own the global digital portfolio that powers Nscale’s supply chain operations. This role sits within Corporate Technology and reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Technology , partnering closely with Data Center and AI Infrastructure teams , as well as Finance, Procurement, and Operations . You’ll lead the systems, platforms, and workflows that support supplier collaboration, procure-to-pay, logistics, inventory, and supply chain automation across our data center and AI infrastructure operations. Success in this role means creating a single global standard across the supply chain technology stack — with consistent tooling, repeatable deployment models, and reliable integrations across regions and data centers. Your work will directly enable Nscale to scale AI infrastructure with greater control, visibility, and operational consistency. What you'll be doing Platform Ownership & Roadmap Own the supply chain technology stack end to end, including platform health, configuration, integrations, upgrades, and roadmap planning Lead the strategy and administration of platforms including ProCore, Hexagon Attune, NetBox, and Ariba , integrated with NetSuite Identify capability gaps and drive the evaluation, procurement, and implementation of new tools Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and audit-readiness across all platforms Global Deployment Standard Build and maintain a templated, repeatable deployment model for supply chain systems across data centers and regions Standardize known-good configurations and deploy them consistently to new sites while retrofitting existing locations Run rollout programs that bring sites into alignment with a common operating model Treat each new data center deployment as a repeatable implementation rather than a bespoke project Stakeholder & Vendor Management Serve as the primary technology partner to Data Center and AI Infrastructure teams , along with Finance, Procurement, and Operations Manage competing demands across teams and regions while maintaining clear priorities and governance Own vendor relationships, contract performance, and platform renewals with a total cost of ownership lens Align cross-functional stakeholders around shared standards and scalable ways of working Procure-to-Pay, Logistics & Automation Own procure-to-pay technology from requisition through reconciliation, integrated with NetSuite Provide end-to-end visibility across hardware logistics, inventory, and asset tracking Identify manual workflows and drive automation opportunities across the supply chain Define and track KPIs related to system performance and operational effectiveness KPIs Platform health and system reliability Global site alignment to standard deployment model Procure-to-pay performance from requisition through reconciliation Supply chain workflow automation and visibility across logistics, inventory, and asset tracking About You
