Position Summary Delinea is seeking a Director of Solutions Marketing to lead the team responsible for translating our platform into the outcomes, use cases, and problem spaces that buyers actually recognize. This role owns the day-to-day development and execution of solution-level messaging, working in close partnership with the VP of Brand and Solution Marketing to bring the broader solutions narrative to life across campaigns, sales enablement, and content. You will manage a small team of Solutions Marketing professionals, translating strategic direction from the VP into concrete messaging frameworks, sales assets, and campaign support materials. You will partner closely with Product Marketing, Growth/Demand Generation, Content Marketing, and Sales Enablement to make sure solution messaging shows up consistently everywhere buyers and sellers encounter it.
