As Director of Solution Engineering for EMEA, you will lead the team that sits closest to the customer's world — guiding finance leaders through the discovery of their most pressing challenges and engineering the proof that Prophix can solve them. Your team is the bridge between prospect ambition and the Prophix One platform capabilities. This is a commercial leadership role with regional weight. You will build, coach, and scale a high-performing team of Solution Engineers across Europe as well as work closely with your Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Professional Services counterparts in the region to ensure we are delivering on the vision we shaped with our prospects & customers.
