This is a high-impact hands-on leadership role — you'll shape strategy, run campaigns, manage account teams, and work directly with agency leadership across all our lines of business. Requirements Minimum 7 years of full-time professional experience, including agency experience Based in the DMV area; able to work from our DC office Tuesdays and Thursdays What You'll Do Client strategy: Advise clients on communications strategy and execution — messaging, content, and channel strategy including social; monitor emerging issues; help clients and agency leadership stay ahead of developments Campaign leadership: Lead integrated issue advocacy (legislative/regulatory), crisis, and digital campaigns that shape narratives and reach target audiences Earned media: Pitch reporters, cultivate media relationships, manage rapid response, book interviews, place op-eds Coalition building: Identify, recruit, and activate allied third-party experts and organizations; lead or contribute to multi-stakeholder advocacy coalitions Team management: Mentor and oversee day-to-day account workflows, ensure deliverables are polished and error-free, and manage execution with precision Nice to Have Experience with trade associations or coalition-based advocacy State or federal legislative campaign experience Experience across multiple concurrent client engagements with distinct confidentiality requirements About Us: Vision360 Partners is privately held, non-partisan strategic communications firm with nearly 30 years of experience across state and federal policy and regulatory fights — financial services, healthcare, technology, transportation, energy, and more.
