Remote roles: This is a fully remote role for candidates who are based outside of the New York Metropolitan area. That said, we value flexibility and if you have a different preference, please do not let that deter you from applying – let’s talk about it! Success requires integrating commercial, technical, financial, regulatory, and stakeholder considerations while directing cross-functional execution across the organization. The Project Developer owns project value throughout the development lifecycle. This includes accountability for development budget, integrated schedule, project economics, customer commitments, commercial negotiations, financing readiness, and the successful transition of projects to construction. The Project Developer exercises independent judgment to balance competing priorities, resolve complex development challenges, preserve investment returns, and deliver projects that satisfy Convergent's underwriting, design, operating, and financing standards. This is an individual contributor role and therefore does not have any direct reports but will exercise informal mentorship and guidance to junior-level staff.
