Description
Support the development and implementation of the statutory planning control framework for Qiddiya City. Manage the translation and integration of City Framework Plan masterplans into a coordinated city-wide planning system. Contribute to the expansion of permitting activities to support the QIC Group, including operational permits and licenses. Support engagement with government stakeholders to facilitate permitting processes, including coordination of MOUs, SLAs, and other agreements. Manage and define future permitting and licensing responsibilities for Qiddiya City. Contribute to the design and improvement of systems and processes for future permitting responsibilities. Support the development of the technology roadmap for managing Qiddiya City's regulatory ecosystem. Manage the implementation of technology solutions and digital systems to support critical regulatory and permitting services. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, City Planning, Architecture, Engineering, Public Policy, Real Estate Development, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred. Proven experience in statutory planning, urban development frameworks, master planning, or regulatory planning within large-scale city development projects. Ability to support the design and implementation of governance structures, service models, MOUs, SLAs, and stakeholder agreements. 15+ years of relevant experience in urban planning, regulatory frameworks, permitting, city management, or related fields.
