DIRECTOR OF SALES, EAST
We’re on a mission to shake up the status quo and we’re seeking passionate, innovative minds to join our journey. As the Director of Sales, East, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives responsible for driving new business and expanding strategic accounts across the region.
You’ll play a critical role in building a high-performing, accountable team – owning pipeline creation, deal execution and forecast accuracy. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Revenue Operations, you’ll align on regional strategy, drive disciplined execution and help scale a repeatable enterprise sales motion under the guidance of the VP of Enterprise Sales, Americas.

In this role, you’ll get to:
- Lead, coach and develop a team of Enterprise Account Executives across the East region
- Own regional revenue performance across net new business and expansion, ensuring consistent attainment of quarterly and annual targets
- Drive pipeline generation by partnering with your team on outbound strategy, account prioritization and opportunity creation
- Inspect and support complex enterprise deals, helping reps navigate multi-threaded sales cycles and executive conversations
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, providing clear reporting and insights to leadership
- Act as the senior sales leader on the East Coast, representing CreatorIQ in the market and with key customers
- Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success and RevOps to improve conversion rates, retention and expansion outcomes
- Support and participate in regional events and field initiatives that raise CreatorIQ’s profile and generate pipeline
- Identify and recommend improvements across product, marketing and sales processes to drive performance and efficiency
Who you are and what you’ll need for this position:
- 3+ years of people management experience leading quota-carrying sales teams
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding revenue targets
- Experience managing enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to coach reps on pipeline generation, discovery and deal execution
- Strong operational rigor with experience in forecasting, pipeline management and performance tracking
- Experience selling into marketing, digital or enterprise business functions is a plus
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage senior stakeholders as a trusted, consultative partner
