Coach Project Managers through complex client, team, scope, schedule, and financial challenges.
Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Portfolio & Project Delivery
Oversee project delivery within the assigned portfolio, ensuring alignment with client expectations, company objectives, contractual commitments, and available resources.
Ensure projects have actionable plans with clearly defined scope, milestones, responsibilities, dependencies, engineering estimates, and resource requirements.
Review project schedules, budgets, forecasts, risks, and changes to identify concerns and support timely corrective action.
Hold Project Managers accountable for maintaining accurate, complete, and current project information in the company’s project management platform.
Partner with engineering leaders to improve estimating, resource planning, prioritization, and coordination across disciplines.
Ensure project risks, conflicts, scope changes, and client concerns are identified, communicated, and addressed proactively.
