Description
A key leader on the Verisk Product team, reporting to the Vice President of ClaimSearch, responsible for leading integration and externalization strategy for ClaimSearch to bring more value to customers through modern use of data and the enablement of external partners within the Verisk Ecosystem. This position will focus on:
• Driving the strategic vision and execution of product initiatives
• The expansion of the technology that connects partners to our mutual customers
• Understanding and optimizing the interconnected systems within the Verisk Ecosystem
• Overseeing the development, management, and execution of product strategies
• Ensuring meticulous planning and execution of product roadmaps
You will bring deep and broad understanding of claim handling processes, a creative mindset towards identification of the right problems, and the ability to solve them across technology, finance, marketing, and sales. As part of the role, you will work collaboratively with business unit presidents within Verisk’s Claim Solutions division.
• Work with partners to define outcomes of codeveloped products including the GTM strategies and business objectives
• Develop an externalization strategy for ClaimSearch that builds on external platform presence and capabilities
• Define and articulate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Continuously evaluate and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product development meets customer expectations and business objectives.
• Analyze the interdependencies within the product ecosystem and its impact on overall user experience.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and bottlenecks in the product development and delivery process.
• Ensure that the product integrates seamlessly with other systems and services to provide a cohesive user experience.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) that align with product goals and customer success metrics.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous learning within the product team.
• Ensure that the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and reflects the needs and feedback of the customers.
