CommerceIQ is pioneering a new frontier in retail tech by building the Retailer Copilot with Agents . This is a next-generation AI platform to empower retail teams with intelligent, autonomous workflows.
We’re seeking a curious, hands-on, and customer-obsessed Director of Product Management with an AI focus to join our incubation team. You’ll be at the intersection of cutting-edge LLM technologies and real-world retail execution problems, helping conceptualize, prototype, test, and scale agent-based solutions across our customer base. A note that this is an individual contributor role.

Location / Travel:
This is an onsite role based out of our Mountain View, CA headquarters. You will be expected to work onsite 5 days per week if hired.
What You'll Do:
AI-Native Product Thinking
Identify and validate customer pain points that are ripe for agent-based automation.
Own the AI-first product strategy: leverage LLMs, fine-tuning, RAG, and tool use to craft intelligent workflows.
Design and evaluate product concepts with agentic behavior, personalization, and embedded intelligence.
Rapid Prototyping & Testing
Create and test AI-driven prototypes, either hands-on or with the support of forward-deployed engineers.
Drive quick iteration cycles using real customer feedback, eval metrics, and qualitative insights.
Build a repeatable framework to test and prioritize use cases and agent behaviors.
Customer Discovery & Co-Creation
Lead deep-dive discovery sessions with senior retail & e-commerce stakeholders.
Translate ambiguous customer workflows into structured agent-enabled solutions.
Evangelize concepts early and build conviction with pilot partners.
Use Case Library & Playbooks
Develop a structured, living library of agent use cases across functions and retailers.
