The College of Medicine is hiring a Director of Outreach & Pathways to lead the design, coordination, and evaluation of outreach efforts and pathway initiatives. The director will develop partnerships with K-12 schools, post-secondary institutions, and community organizations to advance educational access, health equity, and student success. Highlights • Oversee, coordinate, and evaluate outreach and pathway programs to ensure strategic effectiveness. • Collaborate with the Associate Dean of Admissions and Outreach to build partnerships with educational institutions. • Serve as the College of Medicine JAMP Director, managing activities and representing the college at related events. • Organize COM-sponsored events to foster collaboration with community and educational organizations. • Develop digital and print communications in coordination with Marketing and Communications. • Supervise support staff and manage the office budget to ensure proper allocation and oversight. • Use technology and data management systems to monitor program performance and resolve issues. • Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent specialized training and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; academic medicine experience preferred. • Salary is commensurate with experience and education. • Department willing to accept education in lieu of experience and vice versa.
