GTM Collaboration: Partner directly with the CBO to align outbound messaging, product positioning, and targeted launch campaigns with the company’s core USD API offerings. Pipeline Management: Assume full accountability for end-to-end outbound pipeline metrics, systematically tracking outreach volume, reply rates, meeting conversion, and generated revenue pipeline. Requirements Professional Experience: 5–10 years of experience within B2B Go-To-Market (GTM), revenue operations, or growth functions, featuring a proven track record of building outbound programs from scratch within high-growth technology environments. Clay Expertise (Strict Requirement): Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Clay. Candidates must possess direct experience building multi-source enrichment waterfalls, AI-personalized sequences, and complex, trigger-based workflows. Modern Outbound Stack: Deep technical fluency across standard outbound toolsets, specifically Clay, Smartlead or Instantly, Apollo or ZoomInfo, HubSpot or Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. AI-First Mindset (Strict Requirement): A strong AI-first orientation with a demonstrated ability to utilize artificial intelligence to write, enrich, personalize, and optimize every layer of an outreach motion.
