The Director of Finance Operations leads the build and run of the Group's   Centralized   Finance Operations Hub ( FinOps ) , starting with the French perimeter and progressively extending to European, then   other   international   entities.   The role owns end-to-end transactional finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, Master Data) and is accountable for accuracy,   timeliness   and compliance of execution. The Director of Finance Operations owns operational execution, process discipline and team performance   and will work jointly with   Finance Transformation   on   systems and tooling evolution. Responsibilities Build • S tructure and develop the team based in Massy • Design and implement standardized processes for P2P, O2C, R2R and Master Data across the French entity scope • Define and embed the operational KPI and SLA framework • E stablish   first-line -of-defense controls in coordination with Internal Control & Audit • Stabilize month-end close performance and accounting integrity for the French perimeter • Build the operating model documentation that will serve as the template for   subsequent   entity onboarding Ex te nd • Lead the sequenced integration of European entities, then   other international entities , into the   FinOps Hub. • Adapt processes to local statutory specificities without diluting Group standards • Build regional leadership layers as scope grows • Ensure continuity of service quality during each transition wave Ongoing   -   Run • Own end-to-end execution of transactional finance processes across the   FinOps   scope • Maintain accounting integrity, sub-ledger   reconciliations   and close discipline • Drive continuous improvement and operational discipline • Act as the primary interface with FP&A & Controlling, Consolidation,   Treasury   and Internal Control & Audit • Partner with the Finance Transformation function on systems and tooling evolution, owning adoption and disciplined usage within the operations team • Identify automation and simplification opportunities and feed the transformation pipeline Your Profile • Minimum 8 years of experience in Finance Operations / Accounting leadership, with a clear track record of building or significantly scaling a shared service center or finance hub. • Demonstrated experience leading a team through both build and integration phases • Strong functional expertise across P2P, O2C and R2R with solid accounting fundamentals • Experience integrating new entities or geographies into a centralized model • ERP fluency (Microsoft Dynamics a plus); comfortable as a demanding internal customer of an outsourced transformation function • Multi-jurisdiction exposure; experience with French statutory environment essential • Builder mindset, comfortable starting from a blank page, designing operating models, and recruiting a team in parallel with running operations • Pragmatic and execution-driven; able to balance Group standardization ambition with local statutory reality • Strong people leader, able to attract and develop talent in a function that traditionally struggles for visibility • Credible interlocutor with senior finance peers, statutory auditors and entity leadership • Fluent French and English What we offer At L-Acoustics, newcomers are welcomed into a dynamic and inclusive environment that blends technological excellence with human-centered values.
