Requirements Skills and Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification preferred • Proven experience in financial management within the hospitality industry • Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and cost control • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills • Exceptional leadership and communication abilities • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
