We are looking for a Director of Ecommerce with analytical mindset skills and leadership to join our Marketing Team, located in Dallas, Texas (USA) Mission Define and lead the company’s end-to-end eCommerce strategy, driving sustainable business growth across all digital channels. Ensure a cohesive omnichannel proposition that strengthens the brands’ digital presence, maximizes revenue, and enhances their relevance in the online environment, through a strategic, data-driven approach supported by advanced digital commerce tools. This will be achieved in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to build a high-performing eCommerce model that accelerates the organization’s digital transformation. Key Responsibilities eCommerce Strategy Building and Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive eCommerce growth strategy aligned with overall company objectives, including channel and customer prioritization, distribution, innovation, pricing (special online packs/PPA) and assortment plans Define the roadmap to expand sales and market share across retailer.com , pureplay, marketplace, delivery channels, win with but not limited to Walmart.com , Amazon, Instacart, Kroger, Target, Costco, BJ’s, etc. Drive the digital P&L by delivering revenue, profit, conversion and share targets while hitting on all key digital KPIs and optimizing trade and marketing investment Customer and Platform Partnerships: Lead commercial relationships with key eCommerce retailers and platforms, owning term negotiations, developing joint business plans and driving our category vision Collaborate closely with customer sales teams to align online and B&M strategies to unlock holistic incremental growth Business Performance and Data-Driven Insights: Establish and track eCommerce KPIs including but not limited to sales, conversion rates, traffic, ROAS, digital share and forecast accuracy, this in collaboration with the Analytics team to drive organizational growth and education.
