• Strong knowledge of hybrid and multi-environment network design, routing protocols, and cross-boundary latency diagnostics
• Extensive knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, load balancing) and shell/scripting for infrastructure automation
• Extensive knowledge of both Windows and Linux server environments as they relate to network services and infrastructure
• Experience with virtual desktop and application delivery infrastructure (Citrix, VDA, FSLogix) and factors driving session performance
• Knowledge of modern network security frameworks including segmentation, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention, and incident response
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, diagnose complex cross-environment network issues under pressure, and drive long-term infrastructure roadmaps
• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or equivalent technical and management experience
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to Have
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified Azure Network Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CCNP, CCIE, Citrix CCP-V, or CCE-V
• Experience with network monitoring and observability tooling such as flow logs, network performance monitors, and APM/infrastructure monitoring platforms
• Basic PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting knowledge for network automation and diagnostics
• Knowledge of scalable virtualization, storage, and infrastructure-as-code technologies
