The Director of Business Systems & Data Programs will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of [solidcore]’s core business systems and data infrastructure that power client experience, revenue operations, and growth. Reporting to the Senior Director of Digital, this role sits within Digital and is responsible for ensuring our platforms, integrations, and data flows are designed to scale with the business and support new initiatives across markets, modalities, and revenue streams. This leader will own key business systems such as Mindbody and related integrations, while partnering closely with Marketing, Lifecycle, Finance, Strategy & Insights, and Engineering to ensure systems and data are aligned to business needs. The role will also drive cross-functional program management for major initiatives, ensuring new capabilities are built with clean system design and scalable data foundations from day one. This is a “build and scale” role - focused on enabling growth, improving client and operator experience, and ensuring systems and data support the next phase of the business.
