As part of the continued growth of our Value Creation practice, we are seeking an experienced Director, Digital Transformation Advisory to join a newly established Digital Transformation team. This role offers a unique opportunity to help shape and build Interpath’s digital transformation capability alongside the Managing Director, while leading high-impact client engagements across a wide range of industries, geographies, and transaction situations. You will work with both regulated and non-regulated businesses, supporting clients through complex technology-enabled transformations, M&A activities, operating model changes, and strategic technology initiatives. Key Accountabilities Act as a key member of Interpath’s Digital Transformation team, supporting the Managing Director in building and expanding the practice. Lead and deliver complex digital transformation engagements across multiple industries and international markets. Project manage large-scale, multidisciplinary technology programmes, ensuring successful delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, and objectives. Serve as the primary interface between technology and business stakeholders, translating complex technical topics into clear, actionable business insights and recommendations. Lead client engagements across a broad range of technology and transformation topics, including: Strategic planning, business case development, and technology strategy. Operating model design, application and enterprise architecture. Technology due diligence, carve-outs, separations, integrations, and data migrations. Data management, cybersecurity, operational resilience, IT risk, and technology governance. RFP development, vendor selection, technology procurement, and supplier management. Lead steering committees, executive workshops, and Board-level presentations. Identify the root causes of complex technology and organisational challenges, developing pragmatic recommendations for senior stakeholders. Build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party providers to deliver successful outcomes. Lead, mentor, coach, and develop high-performing teams while contributing to practice growth, capability development, and thought leadership. Requirements Strong business development and sales track record, with the ability to originate, shape, and win new opportunities, build C-suite relationships, grow strategic accounts, and contribute to practice growth through an established professional network. Extensive management consulting experience leading digital transformation and technology advisory engagements within consulting, advisory, or professional services environments. Proven track record of delivering complex, multidisciplinary transformation programmes across multiple sectors, with experience beyond financial services. Broad expertise across technology strategy, operating models, enterprise architecture, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, data, AI, and M&A-related
