The Director Investigation is part of Telenor Group Internal Audit & Investigation (GIAI) team. Our functional reporting line is to the Telenor ASA Board of Directors through the Board’s Risk and Audit Committee. We are now looking for a Director Investigation who will manage reported concerns from the time they are reported in the Integrity Hotline to their conclusion reporting to VP Investigation and Data Analytics. You will manage Integrity hotline's incoming cases, lead investigations, deliver integrity awareness related training, and support other projects and initiative within GIAI’s domain. In this role, you will gain visibility into reported concerns across Telenor and support the organization in maintaining a high standard ethical workplace. You will have the opportunity to work in a diverse and international team and have close interaction with senior stakeholders and management. The key responsibilities and tasks include: Manage reported concerns, including internal stakeholder management and follow-up/dialogue with reporters. Lead the planning, execution, delivery, and follow-up of investigations across Telenor’s subsidiaries from the mandate to its conclusion. Carry out investigative interviews, document review, data analysis and data forensic related work, collaborate with colleagues allocated to that project, as part of investigation related work. Be part of planning and carrying out integrity awareness training sessions across Telenor’s subsidiaries. Maintain and update the Case Management System for handling assigned reported concerns you are involved in. Contribute to enhancing and developing GIAI’s investigation methodology framework, including policies, manuals, and templates. Travel to Telenor’s sites for investigation purposes Preferred experience and competencies: 10 years’ work experience in corporate investigation or other relevant experience such as internal/external audit or similar (experience in managing reported concerns). Master’s degree, preferably within Business, Audit, Economics, Law, Engineering or Criminology. Extensive work experience may compensate for the lack of formal education. Strong English skills are required, both spoken and written. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage. It is preferable if you also have: International work experience and ability to operate in diverse cultural environments Experience with data analytics, and forensics Understanding of accounting, law, telecommunications, and/or privacy regulations Background in law enforcement, military, or intelligence Professional certifications such as Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Internal Audit certification Proficiency in Norwegian (written and spoken) About you: High personal integrity – You handle reported concerns and investigation related activities with discretion and professionalism.
