Description
Opportunity
Brunswick Group is seeking a Director to join our Insight team, focused on evaluating the effectiveness of integrated communications campaigns and communications activity. Based in New York or Washington, D.C., this role will play a central part in how Brunswick defines, measures, and learns from communications activity performance, combining campaign data, primary research, and strategic judgment to inform client decision-making.

Working in close partnership with Brunswick’s Creative, Digital and wider Communications colleagues, you will help shape measurement approaches for paid and organic activity across both established and emerging channels, including podcasts, TikTok, LinkedIn, and creator-led platforms. The role also requires active and responsible use of AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to enhance analysis, synthesis, and insight generation.
