The Opportunity: We’re looking to fill an opening for a Director, Infrastructure Operations to join our IT team. Reporting to the VP, Technology Operations & Support, the Director, Infrastructure Operations is accountable for the end to end operational health, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency of all on premises and cloud environments. This role provides leadership across infrastructure engineering, cloud platforms, system and application administration, database services, networking, and operational security execution. This leader works in close partnership with peer leaders across Security, Desktop and Application Management, and Change and Incident Management. The Security function defines security strategy, standards, and governance, while this role is accountable for implementing, operating, and sustaining those controls within infrastructure and platform environments. The Director is responsible for building and leading a department capable of supporting business as usual operations, deployments around the clock, and providing technical resources for project delivery, ensuring platforms remain stable, secure, scalable, and cost effective while enabling ongoing change.
