The Growth team at Pareto plays a central role in shaping the company’s growth strategy, enabling commercial success, and supporting executive team decision-making. We partner closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to explore new growth opportunities, evaluate strategic partnerships, and translate complex analysis into clear, actionable direction.
The Director, Growth Strategy will play a pivotal role in advancing Pareto’s growth strategy and supporting top-priority strategic initiatives with high executive visibility. This role is ideal for a highly analytical, structured thinker with strong executive presence who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys both identifying key business and market insights and partnering with the internal team to operationalize and drive impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Leveraging prior experience in management consulting, banking, corporate development, and/or corporate strategy, you will help define strategy, support execution, and drive measurable business outcomes.
You will work closely with executive leadership, commercial teams, and cross-functional partners to evaluate opportunities, align teams, and operationalize decisions. Key responsibilities include:
Support executive leadership and Board of Directors discussions, including preparation of high-quality analyses and board slides
Lead and support enterprise-level strategic initiatives, including regional growth initiatives, partnerships, and new opportunities
Independently scope strategic problems, develop structured workplans, and drive projects from analysis through recommendation and execution
Partner closely with commercial, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and execution of strategic priorities
Size opportunities and business impact using rigorous quantitative analysis and financial modeling.
Develop clear, compelling executive narratives and presentations, simplifying complex topics for senior stakeholders
Monitor outcomes, build reporting, and manage performance metrics to ensure strategies translate into results. Partner closely with Rev Ops team to operationalize insights and align to Sales processes and tracking.
Mentor and develop more junior team members as a colleague, fostering structured thinking and high-quality delivery. Opportunity to grow into people manager role with direct reports.
