Description
At Qiddiya Investment Company, we are shaping a landmark destination redefining entertainment, culture and hospitality in the Kingdom. The Hospitality Business Unit is developing a portfolio of hotel assets central to this vision. As these assets progress, we are seeking experienced professionals to help deliver them to the highest standards of design quality, guest experience and commercial performance. In this role, you will provide functional leadership and strategic oversight for FF&E and OS&E across the hospitality portfolio, establishing standards, strategies and governance required to enable successful portfolio delivery. The role ensures integrated operational alignment, budget management, program coordination, lifecycle planning and the execution of design into distinctive, high-quality guest experiences aligned with Qiddiya’s vision. Key Responsibilities: Oversee FF&E and OS&E cross-functional delivery planning from design, budget through to operational readiness, including sequencing, logistics considerations, quality assurance and readiness validation aligned with development timelines.  Provide FF&E and OS&E functional direction on hospitality development integration requirements, ensuring alignment of operational priorities, implementation considerations and coordinated execution.   Lead the development, standardization and continuous refinement of FF&E and OS&E operational frameworks, methodologies and delivery approaches to enable consistent and scalable hospitality development execution.  Manage functional interfaces and cross-disciplinary coordination to support effective communication, mitigate interface risks and enable integrated decision-making across internal and external stakeholders.  Guide FF&E and OS&E operational enhancement initiatives, capability development and knowledge-sharing practices to improve delivery effectiveness and maintain consistent implementation standards.  Oversee FF&E and OS&E operational quality, delivery performance and implementation effectiveness and support consistent hospitality outcomes.  Lead end-to-end FF&E and OS&E lifecycle oversight, including planning, budgeting, sourcing, logistics, installation, asset tagging and handover, ensuring alignment with governance requirements and operational objectives.  Oversee review and coordination of FF&E and OS&E design specifications, value engineering activities and material selections to support cost optimization, operational suitability and guest experience objectives.  Lead strategic procurement activities, including supplier engagement, frameworks, tender support, evaluation processes and production oversight, ensuring alignment with procurement governance and delivery requirements.  Lead strategic logistics planning, warehousing, customs coordination and implementation activities.  Oversee alignment with operator requirements, brand standards, and asset management priorities by managing reviews, mock-ups, and handover activities to facilitate smooth operational readiness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture, Procurement Management, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 15+ years’ experience in hotel operations, FF&E and OS&E procurement, project delivery and fit-out within hospitality developments. Professional membership or recognized certification preferred (e.g. PMP, RIBA, AIA, RICS or equivalent) Experience in KSA / GCC or similar large-scale development environments preferred Demonstrates fluency in written and verbal English, with proficiency in Arabic preferred.  Interp
