Instructional Design & Content
Lead the development and maintenance of a scalable content development pipeline across craft, safety, apprenticeship, and leadership curricula.
Establish content standards, templates, and quality-review processes so materials produced across the organization are consistent, current, and aligned to adult-learning best practices.
Own the content strategy and lifecycle for Loenbro University, ensuring the training content library stays current, accurate, and aligned to organizational needs.
