FINANCE DIRECTOR This position requires a strategic and results-driven professional to lead our financial operations across our manufacturing sites in Michigan and Mexico. This pivotal role requires a seasoned finance professional with a deep understanding of the importance of Industrial Management Controls within our manufacturing sites related to cash management, revenue analysis, production standards, and industrial performance reporting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to optimize profitability, manage fixed costs, enhance inventory reliability, to ensure budgets and forecasts are met or exceeded. This position reports directly to the Executive Vice President, Hutchinson Antivibration Systems, North America.
