Jasara Program Management Company is a joint venture between Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, established to deliver social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia in support of Vision 2030. Operating within the construction sector, the company plays a central role in shaping large, complex programs that have broad and lasting impact. This is an opportunity to join an organization focused on program delivery, strong governance, and long-term value across major infrastructure initiatives. As Director - Commercial (Program-Wide Contracts), you will provide senior commercial leadership across a broad contract portfolio, helping to shape how major programs are governed, negotiated, and managed. The role is positioned at the center of commercial decision-making, working across client, consultant, contractor, and government interfaces to support effective delivery, manage risk, and strengthen commercial outcomes at program scale. Responsibilities Lead commercial strategy and governance across program-wide contract portfolios. Oversee contract negotiation, administration, and compliance for major infrastructure programs. Manage commercial risk, claims, and dispute resolution across multiple stakeholders. Drive cost control, change management, and value optimization initiatives. Requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, commercial management, or a related discipline. 18+ years of experience leading commercial functions on large infrastructure programs. Strong experience in contract administration, claims management, and dispute resolution. Deep expertise in cost control, change management, and commercial governance. Experience managing client leadership, consultants, contractors, and government stakeholders at director level. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of FIDIC or NEC contract forms. Knowledge of government procurement frameworks. Experience with major EPC-style contract administration.
