Description
Director, Business Development Full-Time · Senior Leadership About Build in Amsterdam (BiA), is the world's most awarded commerce agency. For over 13 years, we've been building brands and Digital Flagships that are driven by emotion and built on logic, combining strategy, design and development under one roof. By joining the Front Row Group, we operate from New York, San Diego, Hamburg, Bratislava and Amsterdam, with a team of 500+ e-commerce and marketing specialists. We know growth goes beyond the Digital Flagship. Every purchase is shaped by dozens of interactions. To the customer, it's all one journey. Yet most brands still manage their channels in silos, creating fragmented brand experiences and missed commercial opportunities. We believe brands should connect to convert. We call that Connected Commerce: putting the Digital Flagship at the centre of a connected growth system to create one consistent, recognisable and data-informed brand experience across every touchpoint a consumer sees. Done right, a Digital Flagship is far more than a website. It's the purest expression of a brand, the source of truth in the age of AI and the commercial engine behind sustainable growth. That's what we build. And that's why some of the world's most ambitious brands like SuitSupply, Dr Martens, Hublot and Polaroid choose to work with us.
